Organization of an Event

The central goal of the Global Contract Foundation is to raise awareness about the need for global treaties. The Foundation provides a forum for all people who are concerned about globalization, global governance and sustainability and who are working actively to build a future that will be worth living.

The Foundation considers all people who, out of their own initiative organize events such as; seminars, book presentations, discussion panels, study groups, workshops and lecture series at schools, universities and within communities, to be of central importance.

Through your commitment you can also work to stimulate and promote educated debate about globalization, global governance and the need for sustainability, across all levels of society. By organising your own events you can raise further awareness about the need for strategies that foster global sustainability and in turn also generate a basis for further research, educational programs and action.

By holding such an event you will also be making an important contribution to the UN decade of Education for Sustainable Development www.dekade.org.

We are happy to answer any questions you may have concerning the conception, thematic scope or organization of your event. We may also be able to provide suitable Speakers.
